Aya Eliza – “Ready for Inspection.”

The developers of Auburn’s newest residential towers have already started handing over the keys to the excited new owners, but there are still apartments for sale. The mixed-use development features two towers with 234 residential units and nine retail spaces. A spokesperson for developers Merhis Living, says the towers are among the area’s tallest, affording many apartments spectacular, sweeping views towards Parramatta city, Homebush and Sydney CBD skylines, with a Blue Mountains outlook.

Among the new residents at Aya Eliza is international humanitarian worker Olivia Wellesley-Cole who purchased a two-bedroom apartment. “Although it’s such a compelling area to invest in, my reasons for buying are definitely related to lifestyle; I plan to continue living in the area for a long time,” Olivia said. She cited the famed eateries in the area and easy access to the city via the rail network as further reasoning behind her decision to invest in the area.

The residential towers by award-winning architects Marchese Partners, are a tribute to the Merhis cousins ‘Aya and Eliza’ and part of a masterplan for Auburn’s town centre revitalisation.

Aya, the residential tower facing the Harrow Road side, has now completed pre-settlement, with sister tower Eliza (facing Auburn Road) set to follow in coming weeks.

Merhis Living Marketing Director Anthony Aoun says Auburn is close to everything you need to enjoy work-life balance.

The remaining apartments available are priced from $499,000 for one-bedroom apartments, $630,000 for two-bedrooms, $651,000 for ‘flexi’ 2/3 bedrooms (with fold away wall panel) and $709,000 for three-bedroom.
